About Sarah Summers

Sarah Summers is a Registered Nutritionist specialising in midlife and menopause.  She helps women navigate the hormonal changes, energy dips and lifestyle shifts that come with midlife.  Providing personalised support, she focuses on optimising energy, sleep and metabolism, without fads or quick fixes.  With a refreshingly down-to-earth and relatable approach, she blends science-backed strategies with honesty, practicality and humour.

 

A lover of good food and meaningful connection, Sarah creates spaces where women feel seen, heard and supported. Whether through group programmes, talks, or one-to-one coaching, she delivers practical strategies that fit seamlessly into busy lives, no fluff, just real results.

Over eight weeks, in an intimate, supportive setting at Swan Hill Studios in Shrewsbury, you’ll join a small group of like-minded women who are ready to step out of survival mode and into a way of living that feels natural, energising, and sustainable.

Science-backed insights meet real-life practical tools to help you:

Together, we’ll unpack the cultural beliefs that have shaped how we treat our bodies and reimagine what thriving in midlife truly looks like. With expert guidance, practical tools, and a generous dose of laughter, you’ll discover how to:

What do you get?

  1. Week 1: An informal Introductory session where you get to meet your host, the group members, how the menopause can impact you and how this programme will help

  2. Weeks 2-6 x 60 minute in-person group session, a mix of practical strategies for implementation, myths to bust, simple, repeatable weekly challenges, a coaching tool or mindset shift theme, a recipe aligned with the theme, a weekly modern mismatch topic for how we have become out of line with what we innately need to thrive and reflection prompt 

  3. Week 8: End of programme communal dinner and drinks (members to bring a plate of food)

This programme is designed for midlife women who are ready to make realistic, sustainable changes to how they eat and care for themselves. It’s not a quick-fix diet, and it’s not about rigid rules or restrictions.

This is not for you if:

  1. You're looking for a strict meal plan with every calorie counted.

  2. You want rapid weight loss without considering long-term health.

  3. You’re unwilling to make small, gradual changes to your lifestyle.

  4. You believe there’s a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to nutrition.

This is about real food, real strategies, and real results that fit into your life—not an unrealistic overhaul that leaves you feeling restricted or overwhelmed.

Why are the sessions only 1 hour?
I know everyone is time precious, so the sessions are focused and impactful, covering the key theme of the week while allowing time for group discussion, support, and shared insights. Beyond the sessions, you'll have access to online materials, prompts, and a WhatsApp group for further help and accountability. You get out what you put in!

 

What if I want more personalised support?
The VIP option includes a 1:1 session to go deeper into your personal needs. If you're currently taking multiple supplements and feeling unsure about what’s right for you, this is a great opportunity to get a personalised supplement plan tailored to your body. You can also upgrade to VIP at any time during the programme if you feel it would be beneficial.

Do I have to radically change my diet or restrict what I’m eating during the programme?
No! This programme isn’t about strict rules or elimination diets. It’s about making small, sustainable changes that you can easily maintain long term. You won’t be told to cut out entire food groups or follow a restrictive plan—instead, you’ll learn how to adjust what you already eat so it works for you and supports your energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing. There are no “good” or “bad” foods, no points, syns, or restrictions—just a focus on what you can eat in abundance to fuel yourself properly.

  • You prefer a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach rather than flexible, personalised strategies

What kind of support will I get?
This is a small, intimate group programme, meaning you'll get personalised guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout the 8 weeks. You'll also have access to online resources and a WhatsApp group for additional support.

Will there be an opportunity to ask you questions and get personalised advice?
Yes! You can ask me absolutely anything in the group sessions and WhatsApp chat. However, because this is a group programme, and I won’t have details about your medical history, medications, or specific symptoms, I’m not able to provide personalised recommendations. If you purchase a VIP ticket, you’ll have the opportunity to book a 45-minute 1:1 online session, where we can discuss your personal requirements in detail.
